Your data stays local-first, you choose which apps belong in your hub. Use them through web/mobile interfaces and prompts, local terminal input, or your favourite Nostr chat app.

AI architecture copy:

OpenCode runs AI tasks. Choose models from your workspace's core OpenCode configuration or an installed model-source app; each app supplies its own catalog and runtime configuration. Payment features depend on the app you install.

Local-first app hub feature bullets:

Install AppWeaver to and run for any project or workspace folder you control.
Use apps that can work with your local filesystem and databases, create files, inspect project state, and show visual git diffs.
You can setup a local AI model, Text to Speach (TTS) engine, and push notifications. Be private as you want to be.

Naming decisions

Keep the visible product name as AppWeaver.
Use getappweaver for accounts and orgs where AppWeaver itself is unavailable or less practical.
Use getappweaver/core for the main repo so first-party apps and docs can split into their own repos later.
Prefer official plugin repos with short names ending in -plugin.
Keep product surface names plain: AppWeaver Core, AppWeaver Apps, AppWeaver Docs, and AppWeaver Deploy if deployment convenience becomes a separate surface.
