Pinned third-party distribution boundary within the independent PPQ plugin repository. For the local v0.1.0 candidate, this directory supplies the proxy implementation and its distributable artifacts without absorbing first-party orchestration responsibilities; its metadata, documentation, and build inputs are release-audit points for ai-model-source v1 capability alignment and must remain unpublished pending funded live-flow verification.
